Cold Hearted Conservatism on Capitol Hill.

Image
Cold Hearted Conservatism on Capitol Hill. When I see Republican US Senators making an average of nearly $4000 monthly balk at continuing a measly $600 unemployment enhancement to good Americans left workless by a government mandated shutdown, I'm repulsed by their cold hearted conservatism. This stands in stark contrast to warm hearted conservatism myself and others practice. I'm not one of the GOP elite. Donors and national media don't have me on speed dial. What I am is a traditionalist who preserves one tradition, helping others, above all else. God called me years ago to buy hamburgers and gift cards to feed the homeless in my area. Were I a cold hearted conservative I would have ignored them all around me or worse, yelled, "Get a job!" But I'm not one. My heart and mind will never accept seeing people hungry in America. Clearly not the case among the lavishly housed on Capitol Hill. Cold hearted conservatism on Capitol Hill is not only morally wrong and

These Federal Officers are not Secret Police

Image
Now famous federal officers in Portland, Oregon, are members of Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and US Border Patrol deputized by DHS agency, Federal Protective Service (FPS), to help FPS secure federal property and investigate riot suspects.  Critics accuse them of being "secret police." Name tags on uniforms were removed to avoid doxxing of agents home addresses and families. The military style of these uniforms are due to use for riot duty and officers SWAT team role in their home agencies, requiring durable, chemical and ballistic resistant garb. Agency insignia are on camoflauge uniforms but not in large print. Derrick Hollie , the Black conservative who recently debated this deployment on Roland Martin Unfiltered, could have researched this information. Instead, his passion but lack of specifics miscast him as supporting authoritarianism instead of supporting restoring order. These officers aren't secret police, they're

Donald Trump: Law and Order President for Black America.

Image
I've followed Donald Trump's public safety pronouncements as a candidate and president of the United States with great interest. As a "safety citizen" based in unsafe urban areas, I consider him a law and order president for Black America too, something which couldn't be said about his immediate two predecessors, Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama. Establishment Democrats and Republicans pretty much gave dismissive shrugs to embedded urban crime during those two adminstrations. Captive communities were written off as fit only for gentrication and urban pioneers to colonize. Their original inhabitants are collateral damage to violence or displacement.  To be fair, September 11th, 2001, set George W. Bush presidency on an unalterable course as a homeland security and foreign policy one. To be frank, the Obama Administration rolled back federal law enforcement, unleashed federal monitors and gave wide berth to street gangs before and rioters after

#Selfdefenseisselflove: Hashtag for Harrowing Times.

Image
My #selfdefenseisselflove hashtag is first spiritual, as in, God gave us our bodies how dare we let harm happen, strategic and tactical philosophy boiled down into five words. Born in response to sudden urban insecurity when Crack Cocaine hit Black America, it has new urgency in today's volitale climate of politically enabled violent criminals and rioters. Loving yourself now means accepting responsibility to respond to instant aggression. Years of grassroots security consulting provided a ringside seat for watching career criminals being treated with diplomatic immunity. No arrest, no summons issued to be ignored and worse, no boundaries set for anti social behavior. Such official pampering makes aggressors more prone to harm and steal with impunity. Self defense moves from abstract concept to actual conduct in seconds as arrogant assailants cross your path, confident they can rob or batter you without consequences. In such scenarios, your mindset must be taking charge of

Geraldo Rivera's Toxic Tweet

Image
The famed liberal Republican newsman just tweeted: "If #Chicago authorities had any guts they'd bring #StopAndFrisk to gang-riddled streets. At yesterday's funeral massacre every man there was illegally armed. 14 shot. It's not a rap song. It's real. A ghetto civil war, gangs fighting for drug turf-Kids getting caught in crossfire." As if resurrecting a problematic public safety policy like Stop & Frisk isn't bad enough, his use of the racially loaded phrase, "ghetto civil war" raised eyebrows until they touched my ceiling. Racially loaded language doesn't help captive communities. My safety advocacy was born opposing sudden waves of violence and theft when Crack Cocaine hit Black America, so I know the problem all too well, including threats and confrontations. Creating urban safety and liberating hostage, law abiding residents written off as collateral damage can't be done with toxic tweets, especially from a minority r

Conservative Commentator Bill Whittle Overlooked Law abiding Black Males in Recent Remarks.

Image
I took issue with conservative commentator Bill Whittle on his comments in this video (2:05 on recording) and typed the following response: "Stay away from Black men as much as you possibly can."  Your advice to an inner city youth missed one all important point about the leading threat to his safety: it's CRIMINAL Black men he should avoid as much as he possibly can.  I'm a non liberal Black man whose grassroots security consulting started when crack cocaine invaded my and other stable communities.  It created a boom-no pun intended-in violent Black juvenile and adult criminals and overshadowed law abiding Black boys and men whom outside commentators across the ideological spectrum subconsciously overlook in their commentary.  Elite liberals and Right on Crime conservatives have deformed the Black male image into a dysfunctional homicidal archetype for all of us. Commentators on the Right sometimes need reminding not every brother outside t

Behind the #BlackNationalistConservative Hashtag.

Image
BlackNationalistConservative Segregation from Elite Liberal Control of Black Narrative and Institutions. Autonomy: Community control of our Narrative and Institutions. Authentic Allies Welcome! I just tweeted the above message. We must free ourselves from elite liberal control of our narrative and institutions or stand to lose every civil rights gain achieved during the mid 20th century. You can't be free as someones philosophical flunky. While I have beloved leftist friends who also oppose elite liberals and wear out considerable shoe soles marching for Black Lives Matter, I join other dissenting Black voices across the ideological spectrum  questioning BLMs real motives. I feel the Black Lives Matter organization is a GOTV (Get Out the Vote) operation by Democratic and socialist political operatives of all colors to elect Joe Biden the 46th president of the United States. In typical elite liberal fashion, Black misery-namely George Floyd's murder-

No Need to Talk Down about Others to Build Us Up.

Image
Black antisemitism isn't an upgrade over the White version.  Nick Cannon has become a loose cannon lately on this topic. I don't think he's a rabid hater but is using vintage, outdated Black nationalist talking points which were revolutionary in the past but are now reactionary. We can't demand others watch what they say in this cancel culture if we don't return the favor. My 21st Century Black nationalist strategy is: talk up autonomy, institution and coalition building instead of talking down about White people and Jews- points noted in Nick Cannon's recent apology .  I look forward to seeing his advocacy evolve. No need to talk down about others to build us up.  Cap Black. Non racist, Black Nationalist Conservative.

Racists Offer Black Citizens Gentrified Justice

Image
One of the most insidious forms of elite liberalism is "gentrified justice." Gentrified justice is White progressive domination of criminal justice narratives and policy making among majority Black populations. I live in a city-New Orleans-suffering from an overdose of gentrified justice, where haughty hipsters and hippies overrule what we want from law enforcement. It's odd how alleged "anti racists" are so racist toward Black people, especially ones who disagree with politically enabled community crime. In my experience justice gentrifiers gain strangleholds in Democratic cities. Obviously, conservative ones wouldn't welcome them. They manipulate racial grievance into a monopoly where their theories are the only ones put into practice and Black faces allowed are those spouting talking points. Black dissenters are banished. Email goes unanswered and doors for participation are dead bolt locked to independent thinkers. They also dismiss steady

My Little Strand of the National Fabric.

Image
I'm an American. A Black one. Not against anybody because of appearance or lineage and with alot of folks possessing varied appearance and lineage- united by like minds. When looking at the red, white and blue of the flag, look closer and you'll see my little Black strand  strengthening the national fabric in its unique way. My little strand is proud and productive, so much so that its pride and productivity weren't unraveled by outrageous injustice but is now frayed by internal combustion of violence, vagabond family structure and vulgarity from within our ranks. The quiet pride and productivity of my little strand of the national fabric is what I first seek to conserve and then collectively throughout the entire nation. I'm an American. A Black one. But if I don't preserve the proud, productive strand which produced me then how can I care about strengthening the rest of the country? I'm fighting for old school values which nurtured my community

Gun Rights aren't White Rights.

Image
Let me cut to the chase, gun rights aren't White rights! Many in the Black community think Second Amendment advocacy is only for White conservatives. These same Black critics often own firearms themselves and seem unaware of this direct contradiction. My grassroots security consulting began in midtown Savannah, GA., during the Crack Cocaine Era, where self defense concerns were challenged by a new, very violent set of circumstances. Black elected officials preaching gun control for law abiding citizens overlook the fact law abiding citizens aren't making inner cities unsafe. A logical policy direction would be harsher penalties for gun crime and enhancing self defense statutes. It appears politicians for Black areas prioritize pleasing distant elite liberals more than nearby  victims they represent. I recently read a friend's Facebook post about gun rights issues in my home town. Savannah's mayor is a long standing gun control proponent, despite previously se

Self Defense isn't Ideological or Racial- it's Practical.

Image
As someone who coined the hashtag, #selfdefenseisselflove, I know first-hand self defense isn't ideological or racial- it's practical. My first Second Amendment example wasn't actor Charlton Heston after he became NRA chairman or even armed exploits of the original Black Oanthers Party, though they ran a close second as gun rights symbols. My late paternal grandfather, a math teacher, had a GA gun license which allowed him to wear his snub nosed .357 revolver in a hip holster beneath a jacket when going out at night. Granddad took self defense seriously despite his jovial demeanor. After the deaths of Granddad and other Greatest Generation peers, self defense took on new urgency as our safe, segregated community was integrated violently. White chunks of cocaine mixed with other substances and called crack initiated street warfare and rampant drug addiction into stable communities who'd weathered Jim Crow, the Great Depression, the Second World War, two over

Warren Donor gets Trump PPP Dollars but won't Pay Black Conservative what is Owed Him!

Warren Donor gets Trump PPP Dollars but won't Pay Black Conservative what is Owed Him! New Orleans Real estate developer Pres Kabacoffs company, HRI Lodging (or HRI Properties), is one of the New Orleans businesses to get at least 5 million dollars in Paycheck Protection Plan money to offset pandemic shutdown job and profit losses. Link to local news story: https://www.wdsu.com/article/41-new-orleans-area-companies-received-at-least-dollar5-million-in-ppp-loans/33240202 He's also Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for the New Orleans Healing Center, anothen entity of his which applied for PPP money. A weighty question lingers regarding whether I was listed as an employee to get this loan after Kabacoff fired me as its Safety and Support Manager. Why has Kabacoff refused to honor the severance clause of my contract if he's flush with working class peoples bailout dollars? My Kind of Black Nationalism

Image
My kind of Black nationalism isn't the variety where I'm chasing random White people down the street because they're White.  As a Black Nationalist Conservative, I work with like minds of all colors while also building up institutions the community should control. I'm also not advocating repatriation to another country, within or outside the current United States. If that ever becomes doable, more power to those taking that option. Clearly there's no one way out of the mess we're in. I am advocating control of community institutions and politics currently under elite liberals manicured thumbs. Their niche market is profiteering off of Black misery. Any inquiries about why I'm not challenging elite conservative control over Black community institutions and politics is met with this response: there is none. Unlike elite liberals, elite conservatives haven't embedded themselves within Black infrastructure. Theirs is a different, distant dynam

Harming White People because They're White isn't Revolutionary!

Image
Harming White people because they're White isn't revolutionary, it's predatory. There's no historic or ethical explanation for such violence. Insult to literal injury is added by elite liberals politically enabling it, including issuing "no arrest" mandates to police in cities under their control. I've heard too many first person accounts as a grassroots security consultant. I've watched too much  video , like this one, to dismiss this disturbing trend as an anomaly. I oppose such violence as a non racist Black nationalist promoting community autonomy (from elite liberal hegemony) and an open minded conservative working with grassroots leftists and mainstream conservatives to create local safety and homeless outreach.  Public brutality is never the answer. If it's  wrong  for White supremacists to do it then it's wrong for us too!  If Black people aren't disciplined and honorable, protective and productive, then what are they

Life in a LAME (Liberal Administered Mismanagement Environment).

Image
Greetings fellow hostages of elite liberalism. My latest rated G descriptor for such spectacles is LAME. No, it's not Generation X slang for terminally uncool. LAME is an acronym for, Liberal Administered Mismanagement Environment and describes lethal lack of political will in places like Minneapolis   and Seattle   among many other urban centers. Put on my anything but rose colored glasses and witness what passes for public safety within a LAME. In "Gotham-"my nickname for New Orleans, criminals hold the winning hand. Two previous terms of a LAME inflicting mayor has left our federal consent decree drained police department  at low staffing and high self esteem among local versions of the Joker as COVID19 is the latest excuse for our jail -also under a federal consent decree-to rapid release them. This is in addition to previous rapid release policies due to near abolition of cash bail and overarching summons issuance in lieu of arrest to please city counci

Who Will Cops Call for Help?

Image
It's time to get real about police reform. Despite being an old school safety advocate, officers and police executives deserve my sympathy for enduring perpetual portrayals as a 21st century Waffen SS, whose detectives are a Gestapo upgrade, none of whom violent anti law enforcement protestors trust or respect. Policing as an institution is bending over backward to appease zealots who hate them and it's a sad sight. That said, I must ask, who will cops call for help after a high profile shooting or other use of force upon a Black man- violent anti law enforcement protesters or the law abiding public? If ever there was a moment for police to call upon supportive stakeholders, it is now! After calls are made to lawyers, union reps, clergy and family members, not getting word to police supporters is a major error. In cities under elite liberal "leadership," officers and police executives are politically pressured into catering to police and prison aboliti

Put the "U" in USA.

Image
If we're honest with ourselves, as Americans we stand on a pretty broad set of shoulders: colonists, captives, aboriginals, confederates, unionists, suffragettes, populists, feminists, radicals, moderates, libertarians, liberals, conservatives, socialists, social democrats, communists, anarchists, independents, nationalists and so many other strands woven into rich national fabric.  Truthfully, I think the country is still moving forward on our forebearers prodigious productivity, both ethical and otherwise. Can we keep America moving forward is the perennial question? This Independence Day, July 4th, 2020, finds our national fabric stretched and sometimes scorched in ways paling that of previous challenging times. Every ideal and icon is being called into question and tried in a court of public opinion with harsh results. I'm a Southerner, a Black Nationalist Conservative dedicated to community autonomy (non CHOP: Capital Hill Organized Protest, style) AND

Police Officers aren't Standard Bearers for Social Engineering.

Image
Many elite liberals want police officers to be blue uniformed therapists. Sadly, police executives who sincerely share this misguided notion are also watering down enforcement in favor of enabling career criminals. My advocacy is speaking out on behalf of Black residents and all urban stakeholders who want problem people arrested, not rationalized, not given summons nor getting more support from office holders than law abiding citizens do. As I type in "Gotham," my nickname for New Orleans, we're in the grips of a city council who wants blue uniformed therapists instead of police officers. Looming over our elected city council is an appointed-read: unelected-federal consent decree monitor who hates cops actually catching criminals and issues scathing reports against real policing to another unelected appointee, a local federal judge protected by deputy United States marshals, law enforcement professionals whom she demands fight any crime headed her way.

Elite Liberals Used New Pandemic to Disguise Old Prejudice.

Image
Pay Cap Black what is Owed Him  https://www.change.org/ paycapblack On March 30th, 2020, the Executive Dictator or Director, I get the titles confused, of the New Orleans Healing Center illegally "ordered" me not to reenter the building until I had a negative COVID19 test result. This came minutes after her rude secretary almost jumped out of her skin upon seeing me back at work and when the great gentrifier heading its board of directors recoiled at hearing my hayfever hoarse voice. The Executive Dictator did this without any contractual authority nor standing from city, state or federal law. She'd unilaterally, unscientifically concluded over the phone that lifelong hayfever was proof I was infected after I had a severe attack due to heavy airborne pollen and cigarette smoke from my nextdoor neighbor's bathroom seeping into mine in the double we share. Despite absences equal to my five days out or exceeding it, no White person who worked there was
