What can Obama say about Biden's You ain't Black!, crack?
He's checkmated unless he risks denouncing the comment, and possibly strengthening opposition, before also rallying offended troops back to vote for him.
When I Say, Support Black Business, I'm not Being Racist. I hear Individualism purists brows loudly wrinkling. Some snap, "Huh? What if I said, 'Support White Business?' You'd saying I was being racist!!!" Actually, I'd say Black people already support White owned businesses, to the yearly tune of billions of dollars. Clearly we're not racist with our money. When I say, Support Black business, it's not encouraging economic discrimination. Quite the contrary, it's promoting ideological decolonization. Elite liberals want Black people thinking we can't create anything for ourselves and must rely on "concerned" colonizers for leadership, goods and services. As a boy I had several Black owned convenience stores, a dry cleaner, barber shop, beauty salon, electronic repair shop, insurance company, gas station and more within walking distance. I caught the tail end of a (soon shuttered) separate Jim Crow economy my parents and grandpare...
Cold Hearted Conservatism on Capitol Hill. When I see Republican US Senators making an average of nearly $4000 monthly balk at continuing a measly $600 unemployment enhancement to good Americans left workless by a government mandated shutdown, I'm repulsed by their cold hearted conservatism. This stands in stark contrast to warm hearted conservatism myself and others practice. I'm not one of the GOP elite. Donors and national media don't have me on speed dial. What I am is a traditionalist who preserves one tradition, helping others, above all else. God called me years ago to buy hamburgers and gift cards to feed the homeless in my area. Were I a cold hearted conservative I would have ignored them all around me or worse, yelled, "Get a job!" But I'm not one. My heart and mind will never accept seeing people hungry in America. Clearly not the case among the lavishly housed on Capitol Hill. Cold hearted conservatism on Capitol Hill is not only morally wrong and ...
Let me cut to the chase, gun rights aren't White rights! Many in the Black community think Second Amendment advocacy is only for White conservatives. These same Black critics often own firearms themselves and seem unaware of this direct contradiction. My grassroots security consulting began in midtown Savannah, GA., during the Crack Cocaine Era, where self defense concerns were challenged by a new, very violent set of circumstances. Black elected officials preaching gun control for law abiding citizens overlook the fact law abiding citizens aren't making inner cities unsafe. A logical policy direction would be harsher penalties for gun crime and enhancing self defense statutes. It appears politicians for Black areas prioritize pleasing distant elite liberals more than nearby victims they represent. I recently read a friend's Facebook post about gun rights issues in my home town. Savannah's mayor is a long standing gun control proponent, despite previously se...
